Ryan Schaefer

Ryan started his financial services career in 2021 after a decade of success in oil & gas. He was inspired to help everyday heroes make their impact and desired to own his time after working in a demanding career where his time owned him. He is a life-long learner and takes an educational approach to financial planning - he loves teaching new concepts and seeing light bulbs go on as he works with his clients. Personally, if Ryan could spend every single second in the Great Outdoors, he would! He loves anything and everything outside - biking, hiking, fishing, skiing, camping… nature is his happy place. Ryan is a Wyoming native and lives in Green River with his beautiful bride Rachel, son Cole, and daughter Jade. He is a member of the Green River Chamber of Commerce and loves giving back with an organization near and dear to his heart, the Jae Foundation.

Susan is our newest team member and joins us as our Marketing & Communications Director, where she will be working with clients and supporting the business in many functions operationally and in the community. She is a jack of all trades with previous experience as a barista, assistant property manager, human resources in healthcare and in the non-profit space at a youth crisis center and group home. Susan has a huge heart for nonprofit and community work, which is what brought her to the financial services industry: her desire to make an impact. Her smiling face and positive energy makes her an absolute joy to work with, to team members and clients! Outside of work, you can find Susan and her partner Jordan hanging out with their dogs, a Yellow Lab named Honey, and a German Shepherd Corgi named Melvin.
