Rogel Spencer

CEO and Wealth Management Advisor
The oldest of four children of Panamanian-born parents, Rogel always strived to set an example for his siblings and family. Born in Brooklyn and raised in Long Island, his determination overcame any fears, struggles, or obstacles he faced growing up – and took him as far as walking onto the Division I Football field of Temple University.
Without the help of scouts or recruiters, Rogel made and played for the team for the next three years of his college career all the while completing his degree in Architecture. Following a career in architecture and experience in real estate investment, Rogel realized his passion lied in creating a legacy by building something of his own, while helping others do the same.
In 2008, Rogel joined Northwestern Mutual and built his practice in the heart of Midtown New York. Rogel's success as an advisor came quickly and organically. In 2021, he launched Noir Capital, the firm of choice for play makers and dream chasers in Sports, Medicine, and Tech.
Michelle Salazar
Chief Experience Officer
- Born and raised in Queens, NY, Michelle has always been collaborative, versatile, and persistent. She's been on the Noir Capital team since January 2020 and is responsible for supervising day-to-day operations and marketing.
Michelle is most likely the first one to welcome you to Noir and the first to answer any Qs you have along your wealth journey with us. She loves helping our clients reach their dream financial goals and will 100% go the extra mile(s) to do so - we call her "The Pitbull" because of her tenacity and willingness to get things done! 🐕
In her free time, Michelle's into gardening, enjoying good food, caring for animals, and spending time outdoors.
