As the director of planning and investment operations, Lauren helps run financial planning models and supports the managing of investment portfolios. She was born and raised in Laurel, MD and graduated from Salisbury University. She currently lives in Baltimore and loves all that Charm City has to offer. In her free time, Lauren loves to be outdoors—hiking, camping, and backpacking with her fiancé, Alex, and their dog, Sequoia.

As the team's insurance specialist, Martin ensures that insurance paperwork, underwriting, and servicing are properly handled. He went to Cal State University, Northridge where he studied marketing and economics. He always had the urge and enthusiasm to help people become financially free and that is why he decided to help Nate and his team build one of the most successful financial planning practices in the state. In his free time, he loves to indulge in any type of sporting event or travel to the next dream location.
