Michael Scher

Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual in October 2017, Bailey was living in Arizona for just under a year working as a customer advocate for an online car dealership, Carvana. She was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Bailey has obtained the Wisconsin health and life insurance licenses as well as the FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations. She lives in the Lake Country area and has one older sister who lives in Michigan with her family, while her parents still live in Pittsburgh. She travels as much as she can, and makes sure to see her family any chance she gets. When not traveling, she enjoys concerts, sporting events and spending time in any warm weather.

Nicole is Office Manager for the Delafield office. She will greet you with a warm welcome upon arrival. In addition to reception, she wears many hats to keep the office running smoothly. With an extensive background in customer service, communication and marketing, she brings a variety of skills to the team.

In her time outside the office, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends, spending time outside, gardening, health & beauty and travelling. 

Lindsey has been a part of Northwestern Mutual since birth, when her father bought her first policy on her. Her extended family proudly continues to leave a legacy working in several different offices and roles within Northwestern Mutual. Lindsey grew up in Brookfield, Wisconsin and graduated from Marquette University, but has lived all over the world, moving and traveling with her husband and four children before settling into their forever home in Elm Grove, Wisconsin. When not working with candidates, Lindsey is supporting all the sports and activities of her children while dreaming of magical places to add to her bucket list of travel with her husband.

As the Director of Operations, Danielle leverages her 16+ years of experience with NM to help oversee the district team and programs. Her background includes several roles in both the field (advisor, associate, Chief Development Officer) and the home office (practice management consultant, technology consultant, product manager, regional sales director), leading to a broad range of contributions to the district. Danielle specifically enjoys developing others and help them achieve their goals.

When not in the office, Danielle enjoys travelling locally and abroad, playing volleyball, watching sports, spending time with friends and live music! She lives in Bay View with her three-legged cat, Felix.

Rachel is the Financial Planning Associate Lead for the Delafield office. She holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University and a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration from UW-Eau Claire. Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual, she worked in the healthcare industry for nine years in administrative and operational roles.

During her time outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, going to the gym, and baking.
