Liquidity- Event Specialists

We specialize in liquidity event planning—and not just the financial issues associated with a large influx of capital, but non-financial issues that one might face, such as the feelings of loss and betrayal and feeling overwhelmed.

We help clients with many of the planning considerations that are often overlooked, such as: underestimating taxes (for example: a business sold for $30 million could net less than $18 million after taxes); underestimating how much capital is required to be financially independent (the 4% rule may not work for everyone in today’s inflationary environment); how to create a lifetime income strategy that meets their needs; and making sure that they work with a qualified advisor who acts in their best interest, to name a few.
