Kristen Farr
Director of Risk Operations
Passionate about helping others, Kristen spent 13 years as a victims advocate and Director of Victim Witness in Florida. After earning her Bachelor oh Science in Sociology/Children and Family Services/Family Resource Management and her Master of Education in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration, she joined Northwestern Mutual in 2018 as a Director of Risk Services.
She manages a team of five who provide assistance with insurance applications, underwriting, and policy owner services to ensure timely approval and client service.
When not serving clients in the office, you can find Kristen enjoying her time in Ankeny with her husband Albert and their dog Bentley!
Cam Heathman
Director of Financial Planning
After earning his Finance degree from UNI in 2015, Cam spent 4 years in the mortgage industry before joining the financial services industry in 2019. Cam has been with Northwestern Mutual since 2022 and currently holds his SIE, Series 7 and 63, and Life and Health licenses.
An integral part of our team, Cam provides our clients with holistic financial planning and performs investment analysis and investment and financial planning research.
Outside of work Cam enjoys spending time with his wife and son, going to a nice brewery, and being an owner of the Green Bay Packers.
