Meet Jace
I've always had a passion for math and science, which initially led me to a career in engineering and design. After college, I quickly discovered that they weren’t my true calling. So, I made a switch to commercial construction 🏗️ and briefly renovated houses 🏠. While I enjoyed the building process, I missed the direct, one-on-one interaction and the chance to see how my work impacted people’s lives. That’s when I realized I wanted to create something more personal and impactful—financial plans that truly make a difference.
Growing up, I had a bit of a negative view of sales, thinking it was something to avoid. But as I worked with various people—from owners to front-line workers—I learned the power of great service, effective communication, and putting the client first. These experiences showed me that the essence of sales is about connecting with others, finding common ground, and making a positive impact. This realization helped me see that I've always been involved in sales in my own way, aiming to help others achieve what’s important to them.

Personal Life
I met my wife, Alex, at a ⛪church event in college at Iowa State, and we’ve been together ever since. We have two energetic sons, Knox and Jude, who love soccer ⚽and golf, playing outside, and just being kids. We also have a labradoodle named George. Originally from Carroll, IA, we now call Des Moines home. We enjoy hiking, the outdoors, traveling (we both studied abroad in college), and spending time with friends and family 🥾✈️. We cheer on the Cyclones, the Warriors, and love watching women’s soccer.
I also enjoy golf ⛳and was lucky enough to experience a trip of a lifetime to the Masters with my brothers and dad. Next on our bucket list? A big family adventure to Mexico!
