CJ Okoye
Director of Client Services
CJ specializes in client services and business operations on Chris' team. A California native, CJ was born and raised in Gardena by parents who immigrated from Nigeria. He attended UCLA, where he earned a B.A. in International Development Studies and participated in the Black Business Student Association, the Undergraduate Business Council, and the Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity. It was because of his connection to the fraternity that CJ was introduced to Chris. Having known that he always wanted to go into business upon graduation, CJ siezed the opportunity to join Chris' financial planning practice. CJ holds his Series 7, Series 66, and his California Life and Health License.
Altagracia Alvarado
Client Service Manager
Altagracia focuses on the team’s daily operations and assists with client inquiries, underwriting assistance, and helping to ensure all client needs are met. She is committed to building the team’s vision and helping clients achieve their financial goals. Altagracia is an artist, archivist and educator born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. In 2017, she received her undergraduate degree from UCLA, where she studied African American history with an emphasis on social science and public policy. She currently supports Black and Brown residents in South Los Angeles as they cultivate lasting change that addresses systemic inequity.
Elizabeth Gilbert
Director of Marketing
Elizabeth provides support with several marketing initiatives, including event planning and execution, trade association research, community partnership and sponsorship outreach, staff training, and assistance with securing targeted speaking engagements and media relations opportunities. Elizabeth brings to the table her interpersonal and communication skills, along with her passion for writing. She is a graduate of Pepperdine University, where she earned her B.A. in Interpersonal Communication.
