Brent Paul Ussary

Lacey was born and raised in Kansas City, MO. Lacey graduated from Maple Woods in 2012 with her Associates and transferred to Park University and obtained her degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance in 2015 with summa cum laude distinction. She was a part of Phi Theta Kappa, Delta Mu Delta, and Alpha Simga Lamda honor societies throughout her college years. Lacey started with Northwestern Mutual in 2015 and has since obtained her Life and Health, SIE, Series 6 and 63 exams. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her son and go antiquing. Lacey's passion amongst the team is to support clients reaching their goals. With a focus on high detail and experience with the team, Lacey supports our team and our clients in a variety of ways.

Josh grew up in Lenexa, KS and currently resides there. He attended Highland Community College to play football before transferring to the University of Cincinnati to continue his athletic career. While at UC he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Sports Administration and his Masters in Finance. He started at Northwestern right out of college in 2018 as an intern and transitioned to full time that same year. He joined Brent’s team in March 2023 and is currently working towards obtaining his Certified Financial Planning (CFP) designation. In his free time Josh enjoys golfing, going to the gym, spending time with family and friends trying new restaurants in Kansas City, and attending sporting events.

Heather grew up in Marshfield, MO. Prior to moving to the Kansas City area in 2001, she worked in advertising at the Springfield News-Leader. After many years of staying at home to raise her 5 girls, she joined NM in 2019 as the Welcome Director/SET Coordinator. Heather is an excellent asset to our team to ensure our client experience and client goals are met. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, long walks and spending time with her children.

Robby grew up in NW Missouri and attended Missouri Western State University studying Engineering and played on the Griffon Football Team. After graduating college in 2009, Robby moved to DFW to work for one of the largest railroad contractors in North America. In 2011, he decided to pursue an aviation career in the United States Air Force and was hired by MO Air National Guard to be a C-130 Pilot. He continued his construction career as Superintendent. In 2016 he moved the family back to NW Missouri to focus on his military career. He's currently with Advanced Airlift Tactics Training Center serving as Weapons Officer and Instructor Pilot. Robby deployed in 2015, 2017, 2018 and 2019 and has over 700 combat hours flying the C-130.

Robby joined Brent’s team to help develop relationships that showcase the team’s talent to businesses and professionals. He enjoys helping clients attain their financial goals and understand the “why” through in-depth analysis and collaborative conversations.
