Wade Timothy Harrington

Tim joined Northwestern Mutual in the Quad Cities as the Growth & Development Director in 2021. After serving as the Growth & Development Director for 9 months, he transitioned into the Managing Director role. Prior to Northwestern Mutual, Tim successfully managed a consulting business. Through these experiences, Tim has developed a strong passion for leadership and developing others. He is a speaker, coach, & consultant. Tim’s passion is people, and his fulfillment comes from bringing people together while encouraging and developing them to be the best version of themselves in and outside the office.

Originally from the Quad Cities, he grew up in Davenport, and currently lives in Eldridge with his family. Tim and his wife, Lindsay, have been married for 10 years and have 6 beautiful children.

In his free time, Tim is frequently volunteering for youth sports. He enjoys spending time with his family, watching his kids compete athletically, and traveling.

Liz’s role at Northwestern Mutual is dedicated to assisting the Managing Director, the team of Financial Representatives that have been here 5 years or less, as well as being the Office Manager. She helps ensure things get from point A to point B. That could entail helping the team she assists with answering and directing phone calls, updating information on the client’s behalf, or helping get an application through the underwriting process.

Liz has extensive experience in providing outstanding customer service and is committed to presenting herself in a professional manner. Her friendly and open disposition allows for clients to communicate with her, and the team members Liz assists, easily and effectively.

Liz was born and raised in the Quad Cities and graduated from the University of Iowa in 2003. Outside of the office, Liz enjoys boating, Iowa football, church activities, and time with her family and friends. She really loves being an aunt to three and a dog mom to Binidi.
