Professional

After 15 years teaching and coaching students how to reach their potential and enjoy the game of golf, I left the golf industry to help people in even a more impactful way. Northwestern Mutual was the perfect place for me to develop my wealth advisory practice given its financial strength, best in class products, and history of doing the right thing for clients.

I am credentialed, Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), with essential education in Financial Planning, Retirement Planning, Estate Planning, Business Planning, Special Needs and Considerations, Investments, Insurance and Income Tax.

As a Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®), I am trained and credentialed in retirement distribution planning. Retirement is a time from which mistakes are harder to recover, the sequencing of investment returns has a dramatic effect, and arriving tax diversified is critical.

Adhering to a code of ethics as a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®), I understand the importance of protecting both your human and financial capital as part of a comprehensive financial plan.  Integrating risk management strategies creates optionality and provides added financial security that may not have been possible in achieving your goals.

Lending a hand in my community.

I value being involved and serving my community.  Locally in Chicago, I am involved with the Union League Club of Chicago.

As part of Northwestern Mutual, I'm proud to help accelerate the search for better childhood cancer treatments while supporting families undergoing treatment, and survivors from late effects. Here are some of the organizations we partner with:

Union League Club of Chicago-Board Director & Golf Society Chair

The Union Leagues of America was founded in 1862 in Pekin, Illinois to affirm the patriotic cause of the Union, support the policies of Illinoisan Abraham Lincoln and combat pro-slavery secret societies infiltrating Illinois and elsewhere. Thousands of Union Leagues of America branches organized around the country and, with their objectives met, most disbanded after the war. Today, the Union League of Chicago supports three foundations including the ULC Boys and Girls Clubs, the Luminarts Cultural Foundation, the Chicago Engineers Foundations, the USS Chicago, USS Illinois and USS Rickover.

ALSF funds cancer research, raises awareness, and supports the families of children with cancer. Since 2012, Northwestern Mutual, its employees, and financial professionals like me have donated more than $20 million to support ALSF and fund over 400,000 research hours.
