Personal

Tim grew up in Oakland, NJ with his parents and older sister where they had a lot of interaction with their small town. His parents were always involved in different local organizations and Tim often tagged along as a little kid seeing first-hand the camaraderie and selflessness of always offering to help out. He needed to always be doing something and played sports year-round through high school and focused on football in college where he had the opportunity to play quarterback at Stonehill College in Easton, MA.

Four years of collegiate varsity football taught Tim how to be a great teammate and how to be gritty to always get the job done, no excuses. Stonehill College allowed Tim to balance athletics with high-level academics, where his business professors were all successful professionals and were teaching purely for their passion of guiding the next generation. Stonehill also granted Tim the opportunity to experience other cultures, where he was encouraged to travel internationally with two separate academic programs and visit the Azores and Sydney, Australia. Both trips had a profound impact on him and broadened his horizons. They also gave him a serious travel bug!

He currently lives in Jersey City and absolutely loves his job and guiding people to financial security... but he also enjoys his time away from it. He loves trying and experiencing new things and would consider himself a bit of a "foodie." Tim stays active by playing pickleball, golf, basketball, and pretty much anything else he gets invited to play. Tim is also a third-generation NY Giants season ticket holder where he still goes to games with his father, go Big Blue!

Professional

Tim graduated Magna Cum Laude at the AACSB accredited Stonehill College with a Bachelor's degree in finance and minor in economics and was introduced to Northwestern Mutual through a friend who was a nationally recognized NM intern. He thought Tim would enjoy the career as much as he had, and Tim trusted him, so he joined NM's internship in Paramus, NJ the summer before his senior year at Stonehill. After a successful and fulfilling summer gaining hands-on experience, Tim continued his internship during his final academic year in Easton, MA while learning and developing professionally at NM's office in Braintree, MA. By the time graduation rolled around, he had felt like a full-time advisor for months and there wasn't any second thought as to where he wanted to build his business.

In the time since, Tim has grown his team to help maintain an unmatched client experience with a rapidly growing clientele. Him and his team are based in Paramus, NJ, but have developed a national practice with a large focus in the Mid-Atlantic and New England regions due to his strong alumni roots and the beauty of virtual work.

He has also continued his journey by obtaining the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) certification. The CFP® certification is the standard of excellence for financial planners, and is a testament to his commitment to provide the highest standard of financial planning services.

Tim is proud of his diverse client-base of people from different professional and personal backgrounds because each client appreciates a collaborative process to maximize their growth potential and matches his team’s core values (family & future-oriented, hardworking, person of integrity, enjoyable to be around). His team is most impactful working with individuals or families that are generally considered successful in their respective fields, or are on a clear path to being there.

CFP Board owns the marks CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® AND CFP®, in the U.S.
