Meet Me
I am originally from Birmingham, Alabama and went to Louisiana State University. I became passionate about golf at an early age and was able to earn a scholarship on the golf team at LSU where I lettered all four years. I was Captain of the team while winning the 2015 National and SEC Championships. I earned All-SEC honors in 2014 and 2015 and earned All-American honors in 2014. I also participated in the 2014 Palmer Cup and am the 2014 Northeast Amateur Champion. As captain, I learned leadership skills by motivating and fostering team chemistry and enforcing team expectations.
For the first 6 years out of school, I pursued my dream to play on the PGA Tour. I Monday Qualified for the 2018 Wyndham Championship on the PGA Tour and played 2 events on the Korn Ferry Tour while playing consistently on the developmental tours.
Some of the skills I learned through this time were goal-orientation through years of self-employment while being motivated to be the best in all aspects. I also developed excellent interpersonal skills through consistent travel and meeting other professionals.
I am extremely excited about this opportunity at Northwestern Mutual as a Financial Advisor. I have truly been blessed to have pursued golf and feel God’s presence in making this big next step. I am passionate about helping and serving families build and preserve their wealth by creating tax efficient plans, helping them grow and protect what's most important to them. Please reach out if my team and I can be a resource in any way.
I met my beautiful bride, Abbey Hill, in 2016, and shortly moved to Columbia, South Carolina after. We got married in 2019 and welcomed our 1st baby boy into the world June 2023, Joseph. We have our most precious Golden Doodle, Scooter as well. We love to spend time with family and friends. We also love the beach and mountains.
Lending a hand in my community.
As part of Northwestern Mutual, I'm proud to help accelerate the search for better childhood cancer treatments while supporting families undergoing treatment, and survivors from late effects. Here are some of the organizations we partner with:
Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer (ALSF)
ALSF funds cancer research, raises awareness, and supports the families of children with cancer. Since 2012, Northwestern Mutual, its employees, and financial professionals like me have donated more than $20 million to support ALSF and fund over 400,000 research hours.

Beads of Courage

How Northwestern Mutual helps you live the life you want.
When people feel better about their money, good things happen—they become more confident and feel more secure. For more than 160 years, Northwestern Mutual has helped people achieve the financial flexibility they need to live more and worry less.
Being a mutual company means Northwestern Mutual reports to its clients, not Wall Street. They don't believe in chasing fads or taking undue risk for short-term gains. Instead, they take a long-term approach—both in the way we help people plan to reach their goals, and in the way they do business. This has served their clients (and mine) well through all kinds of economic ups and downs, including wars, recessions, even the recent pandemic.
It's why I'm happy to be part of a company that's in it for the long-haul and prioritizes clients over profit.
