Get to know me

I was born and raised in a small town along the lakeshore, Two Rivers WI. We are home to the creation of the Ice Cream Sundae and one of the top beach destinations in Wisconsin. I was raised by two incredibly supportive parents that instilled hard work and dedication into my life. Upon graduating from high school I attended the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse and received my bachelors degree in marketing/economics. Growing up with small town values has motivated me to help provide financial security to the great land of Wisconsin and beyond. There are amazing people that call these communities home. I thoroughly enjoy meeting with, and learning more about everyone's stories.

I met my beautiful wife when we were in high school and we finally said our I Do's in October of 2018. She is my why and my inspiration. Along with our first born Trey, she keeps me motivated to always strive for more. Away from the office or family is spent either on the softball field or the golf course with clients and friends. I hold season tickets for the Packers and am an avid Brewers, Badgers, and Bucks fan.

Lending a hand in my community.

As part of Northwestern Mutual, I'm proud to help accelerate the search for better childhood cancer treatments while supporting families undergoing treatment, and survivors from late effects. Here are some of the organizations we partner with:

Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer (ALSF)

ALSF funds cancer research, raises awareness, and supports the families of children with cancer. Since 2012, Northwestern Mutual, its employees, and financial professionals like me have donated more than $20 million to support ALSF and fund over 400,000 research hours.

Professional

My route to Northwestern Mutual began a little bit differently than most. Financial planning was not a career path I had looked into in the past. Thanks to a close friend and current Northwestern Mutual advisor, I decided to look into the career and it has been one of the biggest blessings in my life. I never imagined the impact that I could create on my clients and our surrounding communities.

I officially started with Northwestern Mutual in February of 2015 as a college intern. I was promoted to a full time position in May of 2015, and most recently to Financial Advisor/College Unit Director in 2018 and Field Director in 2021. In seven years with the company I continue to grow with current clients and am helping to build financial security for new ones as well. As an active member of the Northwestern Mutual leadership team I am mentoring and growing future advisors as well through our nationally recognized internship program*.

How Northwestern Mutual helps you live the life you want.

When people feel better about their money, good things happen—they become more confident and feel more secure. For more than 160 years, Northwestern Mutual has helped people achieve the financial flexibility they need to live more and worry less.

Being a mutual company means Northwestern Mutual reports to its clients, not Wall Street. They don't believe in chasing fads or taking undue risk for short-term gains. Instead, they take a long-term approach—both in the way we help people plan to reach their goals, and in the way they do business. This has served their clients (and mine) well through all kinds of economic ups and downs, including wars, recessions, even the recent pandemic.

It's why I'm happy to be part of a company that's in it for the long-haul and prioritizes clients over profit.
