The PRIDE@NM Field Advisory Team serves as a powerful advocate for creating an environment where everyone can Dream with Pride. Kenneth’s Involvement: Since 2022, Kenneth has been an active member of the PRIDE@NM Field Advisory Team, LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group. His contributions to this initiative highlight his passion for advocacy, leadership, and fostering a sense of belonging within the organization. One of the most memorable moments of Kenneth’s journey with PRIDE@NM was his performance in drag as "Shometha Monet" at the NM Pride Conference—a bold and inspiring celebration of self-expression, authenticity, and inclusion. We continue to champion spaces where everyone can show up as their true selves—both in finance and in life.

At UWS fostering connection and community is at the heart of what we do. That’s why we’re proud to be part of Pyramid Club, a private membership club in Philadelphia that brings together the city’s most dynamic leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers. We’re proud to be part of the Independence Business Alliance (IBA), the Greater Philadelphia region’s LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce and an official affiliate of the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC). Action Wellness: Supporting Communities Through Care and Advocacy
We are honored to support Action Wellness, an organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with HIV and those at high risk of acquiring it. Action Wellness has provids trauma-informed social services to help individuals achieve physical, emotional, and economic well-being regardless of their ability to pay. Kenneth’s Involvement: As a Bingo Verifying Diva since 2025, Kenneth proudly contributes to Action Wellness’s mission of support and empowerment.
