Ryan Hazlett McKenna

Ed Gavett has been with Northwestern Mutual since 2015 and oversees all investment operations for Max’s Financial Practice. He holds his Series 7, 66, 9 and 10, and earned his CIMA Certification. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, fly fishing, and being with his wife, Rachel & sons, Graham and Reid.

Matthew DiNunzio graduated from Pittsburgh Central Catholic High School in 2016. He received a Bachelor’s of Science in Agribusiness Management with a minor in Information Systems Management from Penn State University in 2020, and his accelerated Master’s Degree in Management and Organizational Leadership from Penn State University in 2021. Post graduation, Matthew joined Northwestern Mutual and focuses on developing financial plans and the strategies within. He resides in Green Tree, PA with his fiancé Jessica. In his spare time enjoys golfing, wine tastings, and continuing his education in financial services.

Jesse Reitmeyer was born and raised in Bethel Park PA, but moved to Deep Creek Lake, MD for six years before returning home to Pittsburgh in 2008. Jesse graduated from Garrett College in 2008 where she majored in Business Administration. She started at Northwestern Mutual in August of 2010 and is now the Director of Insurance Operations. She is responsible for the implementation process and servicing of the team's insurance clients. In her spare time, Jesse enjoys her other career path where she designs custom suits. She also loves working on home projects, hiking with her dog Samson and traveling with her boyfriend.

Chase Miller graduated from Tulpehocken Area Jr/Sr High School in 2018. He received his accelerated M.B.A. in finance from Robert Morris University in the spring of 2023.

Immediately following graduation, Chase joined Northwestern Mutual and focuses on developing financial plans and the strategies within. He resides in Moon, PA and in his free time enjoys playing golf, enjoying nature, and continuing his education within the financial services industry.

Ava Nardiello graduated from Mt. Lebanon High School in June of 2023 and is currently at Penn State in the Smeal College of Business studying Finance, set to graduate in 2027. She started at Northwestern Mutual in May of 2021 as a Data Analytics Intern and joined the team in March of 2023. Ava works on the individual and team websites on the landing page and other social medias, expanding the advisor's social media presence. In her free time, Ava enjoys spending time with friends, trying new restaurants, skiing, and going to concerts.
