Transforming aspirations into actuality takes hard work, discipline, and the ability to combine strategic financial planning with the individual nature and aspects associated with each client. With this in mind, Roger has stood as a trusted partner in the lives of his clients for decades, and intentionally built a team at Focal Point Financial Advisors that can do the same.

In his free time, Roger enjoys outdoor activities such as running, biking and hunting.  He also enjoys traveling to new locations and exploring.

Serving others has always been in Ardyce’s DNA, so when she retired from the military, she immediately looked for opportunities to be a part of her community in a meaningful way. She joined Focal Point Financial Advisors as a way to serve the community, one financial plan at a time. She considers it an honor and a privilege to come alongside her clients, whether it’s to celebrate a major milestone or navigate a particular financial problem.  

In her free time, Ardyce enjoys working around the house/yard, entertaining friends, reading and quilting. She is extremely thankful for her husband and three children.

In his free time, Chris loves being outdoors. Outside of work, you’ll most likely find him hunting, fishing, or simply spending time with his family on the river or in the woods somewhere.

When Joseph isn’t at work, he’s most likely spending his free time outdoors, whether he’s hunting, fishing, hiking, or on his road bike.

In his free time, In Ho enjoys fishing, reading and spending time with his family. In particular, he loves to travel with his wife and son, especially to DisneyWorld or the beach.

While growing up and watching his parents navigate through life's obstacles, Ben picked up lots of important qualities, but none more valuable than work ethic. From a young age, whether it was in the classroom or on the baseball diamond, Ben always gave 110%. After a successful college career playing baseball and majoring in finance, it was time to decide the first steps of his career. Focal Point Financial Advisors' team-centric approach, along with their overall mission of helping the La Crosse community, is what excited Ben most in looking for his first post-college role. Outside of work, Ben enjoys golfing, watching sports, and spending time with loved ones.
