Who is Rich Kerns?
Rich Kerns was born in Greenville, SC, but grew up in Naperville, IL. A defining moment of his life was when, at the age of 19, Rich lost his father after a several-year- long battle with cancer. As difficult as it was to lose a father, Rich took comfort in the fact that his dad had taken the time to prepare. Rich, his mom and sisters were well-provided for by the Northwestern Mutual life insurance policies his dad had bought.
Rich learned that life is short and precious and it is of paramount importance that you be prepared for anything. He wants to help others the same way his family has been helped. In 2002, Rich Kerns began his career with Northwestern Mutual.

As a Northwestern Mutual Financial Representative, in all situations I will make those recommendations which I would do for myself and my family if faced with a similar situation.
