Personal Bio
I grew up in Minnesota, I attended St. John’s University, Collegeville, MN graduated with an accounting degree. I went to Boston University and graduated with Master’s in Management Information Systems. AT&T hired me to work in their corporate finance group in New Jersey, there I met my wife, Lara Lowenberg, of 28 years. My mother-in-law had a brain tumor removed and we moved to New Hampshire to support Lara’s family. She is fine after 20+ years. Lara worked with her parents business, The Cobb’s Auctioneers in Peterborough since 1999. In New Hampshire I worked in medical sales for 10 years after leaving AT&T. The last 10 years I have been at Northwestern Mutual working primarily with business owners on their succession plans, investments and insurance (life, disability, and long-term care).
Wealth Management Advisor
I started with Northwestern Mutual in January 2013 as a Financial Representative which means I was able to sell life, disability and long term care insurance. Within 3 months, I passed my Series 6 and Series 63, which allowed me to buy, sell, and manage variable annuities and mutual fund investments. In December of 2018, I passed my Series 7 exam, which allows me to buy, sell and manage individual securities (i.e., stocks, bonds, ETFs, CDs, etc.) and Advisory accounts.

My Practice Clients
The majority of my clients are business owners (i.e., attorneys, machine shops, construction, manufacturing, realtors, engineers, etc.) that are interested in business planning, succession planning, employee and owner benefits for retention, and business valuation.
Also clients that are either 5 to 10 years from retirement and would like financial planning to insure they we live a comfortable life in retirement.
Clients in retirement that would like to make sure they have enough money to live comfortably in retirement and leave money to family and/or charities.
