Get to know Bo
You could say financial planning and community building is part of my DNA. I started my career as a college financial representative in the Northwestern Mutual Top 10 internship program. Upon graduation from Columbia University in the City of New York with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, I followed my father, Robert Muzikowski, into the business and joined Northwestern Mutual-Chicago full-time.
Since 2013, I’ve built my nationwide practice focusing on the financial planning goals of high achieving professionals. My focus is to ensure that you are confident to make decisions that support your life goals to:
- Create and grow wealth
- Protect existing assets
- Establish a lasting legacy
I’m equally passionate about building community resources. I volunteer and support the Near West Little League, Chicago Hope Academy and Athletes in Action. I’m known to support my friends fundraising efforts. My long-term mission is to create a community youth gym, help build generational wealth and give back to my community.
I live on the West side of Chicago, but you can find me traveling across the country to share the weekend warrior side of me. My family, friends and clients have cheered me on as I moved from college track and cross country to competing semi-professionally in Tough Mudder Warrior Dashes, Spartan Races and in 2018 American Ninja Warrior.

Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer (ALSF)
ALSF funds cancer research, raises awareness, and supports the families of children with cancer. Since 2012, Northwestern Mutual, its employees, and financial professionals like me have donated more than $20 million to support ALSF and fund over 400,000 research hours.
Beads of Courage
Beads of Courage is an art-in-medicine program that helps kids with cancer tell their unique treatment story through colorful beads that are symbols of their courage.
