About Nicole
Nicole grew up in the Boston area and currently resides in Tewksbury with her wife (Gabriella), baby girl (Giada) and dog (Olive). She is an avid Boston sports fan and loves football. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys spending time with the people she loves, going on new adventures, cooking, traveling & weightlifting. More than anything else, Nicole loves being a mom.
Nicole attended Northeastern University and has nearly 15 years of experience as a results-driven sales, service and operations professional. She worked for several years as a territory manager where she oversaw and helped diverse businesses grow and achieve their goals. Nicole has led a variety of teams in her tenure, most recently a global sales operations team for a large manufacturer.
When Nicole joined Northwestern Mutual, a Fortune 100 financial planning company, in 2023 – there was one clear link that connected her background and her new career. That was helping people. Nicole’s passion for authentic connection, compassion and helping others has always been at the forefront. In that regard, dipping her toe in the financial services industry to help people achieve their short-term goals and long-term dreams was a natural fit.
Nicole is no stranger to working in male dominated industries, with most of her experience coming from the automotive & manufacturing space. Nicole is grateful to have been inspired by many powerful women, both in her personal & professional life and is passionate about making the playing field level for all genders & backgrounds.

Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer (ALSF)
ALSF funds cancer research, raises awareness, and supports the families of children with cancer. Since 2012, Northwestern Mutual, its employees, and financial professionals like me have donated more than $20 million to support ALSF and fund over 400,000 research hours.
Beads of Courage
Beads of Courage is an art-in-medicine program that helps kids with cancer tell their unique treatment story through colorful beads that are symbols of their courage.
