Michael enjoys traveling, and has been to 22 foreign countries. He also enjoys cooking, gourmet food and fine wine, even organizing and hosting two wine tasting events to raise money for the Marcheygian Society's Founders Scholarship. Michael is also an avid sports fan.

Professional

After completing the Chase Management Development Program, Michael Maddelena started his career as an Assistant Manager at Chase Manhattan Bank in 1988. In 1990, Michael became Assistant Branch Manager at People's Bank where he worked for two years before becoming an Asset Manager where he sold and managed bank-owned real estate. Michael then undertook Management of Investor Accounting. Michael continued at People's Bank until 1999 when he became a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual.

ALSF funds cancer research, raises awareness, and supports the families of children with cancer. Since 2012, Northwestern Mutual, its employees, and financial professionals like me have donated more than $20 million to support ALSF and fund over 400,000 research hours.
