Sarah Hautman
CFP®, RICP®
Sarah is Chief Operating Officer (COO) and an Associate Wealth Management Advisor for Melton Wealth Partners. Her focus is helping clients achieve their financial goals and financial security by assisting in the planning, implementation and progress of our clients’ comprehensive wealth management plans. Sarah’s knowledge and experience with all aspects of the financial planning process, including performing simple and complex financial analysis and the implementation of financial strategies is invaluable for our clients.
In her role as the COO, Sarah is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, administration, organization and coordination of the firm. She mandates that our culture of always putting clients first is achieved by the collaboration of team members, thought leadership, and promotion of the responsibility we have to serve our clients.

Jonathan P Heisterberg

Associate Wealth Management Advisor
Jon is an Associate Wealth Management Advisor with Melton Wealth Partners focused on providing individuals and families customized solutions and financial plans designed to meet their financial goals. Retirement planning, education funding, risk management, asset accumulation, retirement income distribution and investment strategies are just a few of the services that Jon provides our clients. He is a great educator and is instrumental in helping retirement plan participants successfully prepare for retirement.
In partnership with the team, Jon assists in providing risk management solutions for clients. Jon expertise in the design, implementation and administration of risk management and insurance solutions help to ensure our clients are protected. Protecting our clients in the event of a premature death, loss of income, long-term health risks and estate protection are integral in providing our clients with comprehensive solutions and preparing for the “what-ifs” in life.

Tyler Mann

Associate Wealth Management Advisor
Tyler is an Associate Wealth Management Advisor for Melton Wealth Partners providing investment support and assisting with client requests. Prior to joining our team in 2021, Tyler obtained a BA and MBA in Economics from Benedictine College and spent 5 years in financial services. His responsibilities include working in operations, accounting, and trading for our firm as well as developing and analyzing our clients' financial plans to help them achieve their financial goals.
Tyler's favorite part about his role is when he helps his clients reach their long-awaited retirement or achieve their financial goals and the sense of financial freedom and comfort that comes along with reaching their greatest accomplishments. His attention to detail and experience in providing exceptional client service is an asset to our clients.

Kenzie L Pitts

Financial Planning Assistant
Kenzie joined our firm in 2021 as our Financial Planning Assistant after graduating from the University of Kansas with a BA in Finance. She is responsible for providing financial support, assisting with client requests, and creating and maintaining clients' financial plans. Her attention to detail and passion for planning for the future helps keep our clients on the course to financial independence.
Kenzie's favorite part about her role is providing her clients with a sense of comfort about their financial future or allowing for a fresh start to change their financial situation so they can reach their goals. She takes pride in using an individualized approach to strategically create plans that consider her clients' personality, financial standing, and aspirations for the future.

Sarah Day
Sarah Day plays an integral role in assisting clients to meet their financial goals and ambitions. She combines her dedication to clients' success with the firm's unique, holistic approach to financial planning, which relies on a team-based strategy to provide personalized solutions with precision and care. Sarah believes in the importance of helping clients achieve financial freedom, a responsibility she considers both an honor and a privilege.
A proud graduate of the University of Missouri, Sarah earned her degree in Finance and Banking in 2014. She holds Series 65 and Series 7 Finra registrations, in addition to her Life and Health license, all of which enable her to help guide clients through complex financial decisions with expertise and confidence.
Outside of the office, Sarah enjoys running races with her family and spending quality time with her two daughters.
