Len met his wife, Betsy Hayes, while they both were attending the University of Houston. They recently celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary with a trip to Italy. Len and Betsy have two teenage sons, Walker who is a freshman at UNT and Grant who is a senior at Grapevine High.
Most of Len’s spare time is spent in some form of service with Boy Scouts of America’s Troop 7 in Grapevine. Len serves as a Committee Member for Troop 7 and Chairs Eagle Board of Review’s for The Pathfinder District. Len is very proud and that his son’s, Walker and Grant who have both earned the rank of Eagle Scout. Only 5% of all Scouts achieve the rank of Eagle Scout.
Len is also very passionate about donating platelets and plasma. Currently he has donated over 167 times for more than 20 gallons with Carter Blood Care. Len is very proud that both of his son’s, Walker and Grant, also donate platelet’s and plasma.
Len has been awarded the Agent's Community Service Award from both Northwestern Mutual and The Million Dollar Round Table International Foundation for his service with Pacific House Shelter for the Homeless Inc.

Len is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Through this organization Len Gargagliano has been awarded the National Quality Award. Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer (ALSF)
ALSF funds cancer research, raises awareness, and supports the families of children with cancer. Since 2012, Northwestern Mutual, its employees, and financial professionals like me have donated more than $20 million to support ALSF and fund over 400,000 research hours.

Beads of Courage
Beads of Courage is an art-in-medicine program that helps kids with cancer tell their unique treatment story through colorful beads that are symbols of their courage.
