Nichole is our Office Coordinator, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for customer service to our team. With 9.5 years in the hospitality industry, Nichole has evolved from an executive assistant to holding various operational leadership roles, including overseeing large departments and excelling in revenue management. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to customer service. Nichole thrives on helping clients navigate challenges and ensuring that their needs are met with exceptional support. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, baking, and gardening, and shares her love for travel with her family, with Iceland being their favorite destination.

Diana is our Director of Financial Planning. She joined Northwestern Mutual in 2015 as an Associate Financial Representative. Diana is a graduate of Penn State University and carries her Life Accident & Health for the state of PA, SIE and Series 63 licenses.

Allie joined Northwestern Mutual in July 2021. She is a graduate of Temple University, where she earned her B.A. in December 2020. As the Creative Lead Director, Allie specializes in digital marketing, creative direction, copywriting, client engagement, graphic design, communications, and project management.

Courtney joined Northwestern Mutual in June 2022. She is a graduate of Villanova University, where she earned her B.A. in December 2021. As the Programs Lead Director, Courtney specializes in CRM and data management, event management, project management, and promotion and procurement.

Lindsey joined Northwestern Mutual in 2025. She is a graduate of West Chester University, where she earned her B.A. in December 2024. Lindsey assists in the areas of business development, creative strategy, operations and project assistance.
