Lena ensures that backend investment operations for our clients are done smoothly and efficiently. She helps set up retirement, education and investment accounts so that our clients have a seamless transition when working with us.

Michael is the head of our investment operations. His industry experience and designations bring tremendous inherit value to our clients and helps smooth out operations on the backend. 

Kaitlin is the Director of A76 Operations and an Associate Financial Representative. She has developed and implemented a marketing strategy to highlight our office's culture, engage with local businesses, and nurture the relationships we have nationally with Northwestern Mutual. She also services clients, develops district-wide trainings, is the social media manager and assists our managing director with his day-to-day.
