Personal

Kacee began her Northwestern Mutual career in 2008 as a College Financial Representative. Earning the Power of 10 award, she ranked among the top 15% of college advisors nationally. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Management with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from Clemson University the following year and moved to Clearwater, Florida to continue her career as a financial advisor. In 2010, Kacee accepted a College Unit Director contract where she built her district’s internship program from scratch. In 2015, Kacee was asked to join the Greater Tampa Bay Network Office leadership team to support the district offices in building their internship programs and further develop their emerging leaders.

As the Managing Director of the St. Petersburg FL office, Kacee’s impact has grown exponentially as she works through her team of advisors to provide financial security for families and businesses nationwide. As a Certified Coach, she empowers her advisors to achieve their personal and professional goals, while serving their clients with world class solutions.

Kacee is passionate about her community. She is a graduate of Leadership St. Petersburg, where she gave back to the community through improving the facilities of Clam Bayou Marine Education Center, a local program to inspire youth to become active environmental and ocean stewards.  She serves on the Community Action Committee which hosts events raising money for pediatric cancer research through Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. Additionally, she serves on the Greater Tampa Bay Diversity and Inclusion council, helping advance the firm’s mission to serve the community.

Kacee lives in St. Petersburg with her husband Patrick and daughter Isla. When not focused on business, Kacee enjoys boating, scuba diving, and Clemson football. Go Tigers!

Lending a hand in my community.

As part of Northwestern Mutual, I'm proud to help accelerate the search for better childhood cancer treatments while supporting families undergoing treatment, and survivors from late effects. Here are some of the organizations we partner with:

Leadership St. Petersburg

Leadership St. Petersburg is one of the oldest leadership programs in America and a division of the St. Petersburg Area of Chamber of Commerce. Through a dynamic, intensive, interactive, six-month experience, Leadership St. Pete is customized to provide a curriculum that enhances community acumen to develop the future leaders who will assume roles in the Chamber and other community organizations. LSP challenges its class members to view issues in our community, state, and nation as opportunities. Through class interaction and discussions with community leaders, LSP stimulates creative thinking, and, ultimately, community leaders emerge with new resources and knowledge to face their everyday challenges.

Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer (ALSF)

ALSF funds cancer research, raises awareness, and supports the families of children with cancer. Since 2012, Northwestern Mutual, its employees, and financial professionals like me have donated more than $20 million to support ALSF and fund over 400,000 research hours.

How Northwestern Mutual helps you live the life you want.

When people feel better about their money, good things happen—they become more confident and feel more secure. For more than 160 years, Northwestern Mutual has helped people achieve the financial flexibility they need to live more and worry less.

Being a mutual company means Northwestern Mutual reports to its clients, not Wall Street. They don't believe in chasing fads or taking undue risk for short-term gains. Instead, they take a long-term approach—both in the way we help people plan to reach their goals, and in the way they do business. This has served their clients (and mine) well through all kinds of economic ups and downs, including wars, recessions, even the recent pandemic.

It's why I'm happy to be part of a company that's in it for the long-haul and prioritizes clients over profit.
