As a mom who travels the world with her children and a runner who enjoys the thrill of crossing a finish line, I understand that life’s most exciting journeys require smart planning with intentional steps. Just as I research my next destination or increase my weekly mileage to fulfill my own ambitions, I also enjoy empowering my clients with personalized steps to reach their financial goals.
I am originally from Bridgewater, Massachusetts and hold a Bachelor’s degree in English from Bridgewater State University. My post graduate studies include Master's degree level work in Criminal Justice and studying Human Rights abroad at Oxford University in England.
I initially built my career in Los Angeles in legal staffing, but after 10 years out west, I returned home to be closer to family. I transitioned to the financial field in 2020 and I have since become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® Professional and a Chartered Financial Consultant®. My prior legal background has served as a great building block to financial planning by allowing me to utilize communication skills and help professionals from a variety of fields. I also became an expert on understanding workplace benefits and assisting with salary negotiations, which has been very useful to my current clients.
Personally, I love to travel the country and the world with my children, showing them that there is no limit to where they can go or what they can do. I enjoy volunteering at my church, and each year I walk to raise money for the National Brain Tumor Society in memory of my sweet mother who passed in 2011. I also serve on the middle school PTO to stay engaged with the local community. Traveling means a lot to my family, but we are grateful for the opportunity to give back to our community and make a difference close to home.
