From a young age, work ethic was ingrained in me—I don't know any other way. Born and raised in a blue-collar family, my parents did well with what they had but were never the stereotypical "rich" or "wealthy" you might think of. They always taught me, "You got what you got because of what you did." So I Immersed myself in soccer as a goalkeeper, I obsessively honing my craft. I never felt like I had "arrived" and was always pursuing the next summit or mountain top.

 

After my playing career, I naturally transitioned into a coaching role, as I had a tendency toward leadership. People often came to me seeking guidance and resolution. I found myself to be a resource for others, always wanting to guide and push them to be better while holding them, and myself, accountable.

 

In this current phase of my life, I found myself repeatedly drawn to Northwestern Mutual—both as a client and professionally, despite initially forgoing several opportunities. Emerging from my playing and coaching years with a deep appreciation for guiding and leading, I developed a knack for strategic planning and helping others strive for the best versions of themselves. This has allowed me to take a very specific and strategic approach to my clients' lives, helping them plan for the unknown, call plays in advance, and arrive well-positioned
