Joshua H. Parish

Perry is a financial advisor who joined Northwestern Mutual in 2024 after being introduced to the career by Josh Parish. Perry quickly partnered with Josh’s team at Armogan Advisors and specializes in working with executives and clients with estate planning needs. Before pivoting to a career in the financial industry Perry was a business development consultant and has been able to transfer many of the skills and lessons learned from his consulting career into his work with business owners and executives. Perry lives in Middletown with his wife Kelly, their sons Asher and Finn, and their two dogs. Outside of the office you are likely to find Perry outside, especially spending quality time on the water or in the woods with his boys.

Kristie has worked with Josh since September of 2008.  She is committed to providing outstanding service every day.  Her primary responsibilities include executing all client insurance strategies and assisting clients with any service work or changes to their policies.  Kristie also assists with marketing initiatives.  Kristie holds her Maryland Life and Health license, variable annuity and long-term care licenses, and security registration.

Erin joined Josh’s team in 2019 as the Recruiting and Development Director. In her role she works with candidates who are interested in exploring a career in financial services. Erin enjoys meeting new people and working with them throughout the interview process to find their talents and strengths. Erin specializes in building relationships and mentoring our local financial advisors to help their businesses grow.

Erin lives in Ijamsville with her husband and is a mother to five beautiful children. She stays active in her community through fundraising at school events and coaching cheerleading for the Oakdale Bears. Erin enjoys fitness, family time, and lives by the motto, “Be someone who makes someone else look forward to tomorrow.”
