John A Crawford

Amy Gist has more than 15 years of industry experience. Amy holds her FINRA Series 6, 7, 63 and 65 registrations. Amy has earned her Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designations. Amy is a proven leader and has served in many different capacities ranging from Wealth Management Advisor to Director of Agency Development. Amy’s greatest passion is coaching and mentoring people - whether it is clients who are building a plan for the future, or developing our firm's next generation of advisors. Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual Amy spent several years in the sports and entertainment industry leading the public relations efforts for teams, agencies and national television networks. Amy graduated with a BS in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Outside of work Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids serving as the their Uber driver to their numerous sporting events.

Caroline Miller serves as Chief Financial Officer. Caroline joined the firm in 2003. She began her career with Northwestern Mutual as the Office Manager and has since shifted her focus to managing the day-to-day office finances. Caroline Graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Early Childhood Education. Caroline and her husband, Tom, have two adult children and seven grandchildren. When Caroline is not in the office you can find her spending time with family and friends at their Lake Hartwell home. 

Debbie has been a part of Northwestern Mutual for more than 13 years. She joined John Crawford's team in 2010. She wears many hats in the office. Some include Office Manager, Technology Coach and Associate Financial Representative. Debbie grew up in Rockford, IL and is married to Mark. They have three adult children and one grandchild. Debbie is an active member of 12 Stone Church. In her free time Debbie enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening and attending concerts
