Jesse M. Bouchard

Jesse Bouchard began his career with Northwestern Mutual in 2007 as the first intern from Florida Gulf Coast University. After a successful college career, he signed his full-time contract in March 2008. Over the years, Jesse progressed through roles including College Unit Director and Field Director before becoming the Director of Development in the Fort Myers office in 2011. During this time, he completed an extensive leadership and development curriculum from Northwestern Mutual’s Home Office and became a certified coach. He further honed his skills with leadership training from Dale Carnegie and John Maxwell.

In September 2017, Jesse transitioned to Boca Raton as Chief Development Officer for the Striano Financial Group, managing recruiting and development across six district offices and over 150 agents and advisors in South Florida. He returned to southwest Florida in 2023 as Managing Director, leading the Fort Myers office and driving growth and recruiting for the brand in the region.

Jesse, originally from Springfield, Massachusetts, moved to Naples, Florida, in 1992 and graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a minor in Advertising. He married his wife, Victoria, in 2013, and they welcomed their son, Owen Michael Bouchard, in 2017. Jesse is actively involved with his alma mater, serving as President of the FGCU Alumni Association and on the FGCU Foundation Board of Directors.

Outside of work, Jesse enjoys Florida’s beautiful weather, spending time with his family, and following his favorite sports teams: the Boston Red Sox, Miami Dolphins, and Manchester United.
