About me

Welcome! I’m Jenni Pierce, a financial advisor with Northwestern Mutual, dedicated to serving affluent families, executive professionals, and entrepreneurs since August 2022. My passion lies in educating individuals about what’s possible in their financial journeys and advocating for each person I meet. My goal is to ensure that everyone leaves our conversations with new insights and a clearer understanding of their financial path. 

Background

I graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelor's degree in finance and began my career as a community banker in Des Moines. In that role, I had the privilege of helping individuals and business owners navigate their financial landscapes. This experience has equipped me with a unique skill set, from reading tax returns to building meaningful relationships, all aimed at guiding clients toward a secure financial future. 

 

Coming from a family of business owners in construction and farming, I have a deep appreciation for the unique challenges that entrepreneurs face. I find great joy in assisting clients in the real estate sector as well, as I understand the intricacies involved in these industries. 

 

I grew up on a farm in Humboldt County Iowa and currently live in the Des Moines Metro area with my husband, Dustin, and our two children, Aiden and Ali. We are an active family especially as it relates to their youth sports, cherishing the family time and community connections that come with it. I’m in my 3rd year of coaching my daughter’s youth softball team and am truly grateful for the opportunity to mentor and empower young athletes.  The bonds we create on and off the field are invaluable and its reward to witness their growth both as players and individuals. 

 

In recognition of my dedication and performance, I have been honored to be in the top tier of Northwestern Mutual advisors in my first two years.  I also qualified for the FastTrack program; an elite group of Northwestern Mutual advisors committed to excellence in financial services.  Additionally, I aspire to be a leader within my network office, spending time coaching and developing new advisors as they pursue their dreams in this fulfilling career.

I’m proud to partner with organizations like Alex’s Lemonade Stand, which is dedicated to fighting childhood cancer. This partnership reflects my commitment to giving back to the community and making a difference in the lives of others. 

Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer (ALSF)

ALSF funds cancer research, raises awareness, and supports the families of children with cancer. Since 2012, Northwestern Mutual, its employees, and financial professionals like me have donated more than $20 million to support ALSF and fund over 400,000 research hours.
