Jeff relocated to the Emerald Coast 9 years ago to start his practice and his life with his beautiful and loving wife Cindy. They have two daughters, Lillian and Sophia, and a dog named Bella. In his spare time Jeff enjoys traveling, live music, playing golf in Sandestin, and more than anything spending time with his family. Jeff is an active member at Point Washington Methodist church in Santa Rosa Beach and has served in several capacities over the years. Jeff considers it a blessing to be able to live his dream through helping others reach their goals.

Financial Advisor Jeff Garrard leads a relationship-based financial advising firm based in Destin and Santa Rosa Beach servicing clients all over the country. Jeff believes in order to have a lasting impact on his client’s lives, Jeff and his team must first intimately understand what is important to them, their family, and their business in order to best assist them in bringing to life their vision of their best future. Jeff is driven to become the catalyst in his client’s lives to help them reach their goals whether personally, professionally, or financially. Jeff and his team believe that everyone needs people in their lives to help push them to reach their full potential. Jeff Garrard has been a member of the Estate Planning Council of the Emerald Coast since 2010 serving on the board, and in the capacity of Vice President and President over the years. The Estate Planning Council of the Emerald Coast (EPCEC) is comprised of estate planning professionals from a multitude of disciplines including tax attorneys, CPAs, life insurance professionals, trust officers, charitable planning professionals, and financial advisors. The EPCEC is a member of the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils which is “a national organization of professional estate planners and affiliated Estate Planning Councils focused on establishing and monitoring the highest professional and education standards.”

Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer (ALSF)
ALSF funds cancer research, raises awareness, and supports the families of children with cancer. Since 2012, Northwestern Mutual, its employees, and financial professionals like me have donated more than $20 million to support ALSF and fund over 400,000 research hours.
Beads of Courage
Beads of Courage is an art-in-medicine program that helps kids with cancer tell their unique treatment story through colorful beads that are symbols of their courage.
Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation (DCWAF)
In 2015, Jeff Garrard joined the Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation (DCWAF) as a Board Member. DCWAF connects wine enthusiasts to raise money to benefit local children in need in Northwest Florida. Since 2005, (DCWAF) has donated more than $12 Million to Northwest Florida charities impacting the lives of over 60,000 youths. DCWAF has been recognized as one of the nation’s ‘Top 10 Charity Wine Auction in the U.S.’ by Wine Spectator Magazine for the last four consecutive years.
Point Washington United Methodist Church
Jeff Garrard and his family are active members of Point Washington United Methodist Church in Santa Rosa Beach. Jeff served on the staff parish relations board in 2014 and leads a bible study.
