Javier Lora began his career in finance after graduating from Hofstra University with a degree in Banking and Finance. Javier entered the financial field in 2000 working for major banking institutions both domestic and international. His success was quickly recognized and entered management at an early age and responsible for the growth of the institution's assets.
After finding much success in the banking industry, Javier decided to translate that success into his own financial planning practice. The choice was clear that in March of 2011, Javier joined Northwestern Mutual as a Financial Representative.
In his tenure with Northwestern Mutual, Javier has become a recruiting field director responsible for the growth and development for others who decide to embark on the establishment f their own financial planning practice.
In addition to in becoming a recruiting field director, Javier has also accomplished the following:

- Multiple Northwestern Mutual awards
- Invited and attended Northwestern Mutual 242nd Fastrack Academy
- Mentor for the Professional Development Leadership Network (Stony Brook University) since 2012

Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer (ALSF)
ALSF funds cancer research, raises awareness, and supports the families of children with cancer. Since 2012, Northwestern Mutual, its employees, and financial professionals like me have donated more than $20 million to support ALSF and fund over 400,000 research hours.
Beads of Courage
Beads of Courage is an art-in-medicine program that helps kids with cancer tell their unique treatment story through colorful beads that are symbols of their courage.
