Tonimarie Harvey

Director of Operations

Toni started her career in the financial services industry in 2001. She has been a key member of Jason’s team since 2015. Toni assists in all aspect of day-to-day operations – insurance underwriting, investment operations as well as human resources and bookkeeping. Toni’s primary focus is to ensure that our team follows through on the commitments we make to each of our clients.

Toni and her husband Steve, their two children, Sara and Sonny and their fur baby Rocky, reside in Lower Bucks County.

She is the President of the Home and School Association at their middle school.

Toni is also heavily involved in running fundraising programs for CHOP’s Oncology department and AI Dupont’s Bone Disorder department as her children are frequent flyers!

Financial Planning Specialist

Dawn has worked at several firms and held several positions within the financial services industry. She joined Jason’s team in 2022 as a Para Planner and her role quickly evolved into a Financial Planning Specialist. Dawn collaborates with our advisors to evaluate, develop, and recommend a comprehensive financial program for our clients to reach their goals. Dawn also designs and manages all the Marketing & Client-Facing materials for our Team. 

Dawn grew up in Bucks County and after a few detours, has now settled in neighboring Montgomery County. 

Even though Dawn has traveled the globe, she still considers the Jersey Shore as one of her favorite places. In the summer, you will most likely find her on the beach. 

Dawn volunteers by giving back to our Veterans and has spent time working alongside Samaritan’s Purse helping communities after natural disasters.

Treena Drexler

Administrative Assistant

Treena joined Jason’s team in April 2023 as the Administrative Assistant of Operations. She is currently working alongside Toni, learning the ins & outs of the financial services Industry.

Treena was born, raised & currently resides in Bucks County. 

When not in the office, Treena enjoys spending time with friends and family. Her favorite activities include enjoying the outdoors, going for hikes and playing tennis. As an aunt to seven nieces and nephews, she has her hands full with voluntary (and sometimes involuntary) babysitting.  

As a passionate Philly Sports Enthusiast, you can usually find Treena watching or attending a game. 

We look forward to Treena growing with the team and seeing what the world of financial services has instore for her.
