Interacting with clients keeps me busy, whether I’m fielding phone calls, opening new accounts, or processing account updates that come through the office throughout the year. I pride myself on replying to calls and emails quickly to assist Jay’s clients. I grew up in Schenectady, NY, lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for six years, and currently reside in Cohoes, NY with my husband. I’ve worked in publishing and in the non-profit sector in a variety of roles including public relations, events management and internet services.

I have been with Northwestern Mutual since 2015 and maintain a NYS Life Accident & Health insurance license. Prior to joining Jay’s team, I worked for the Federal government. I enjoy interacting with clients, fielding phone calls, opening new accounts, and processing account updates. I also assist Jay by preparing and compiling data used in client appointments. I attended Plattsburgh State University and then transferred to the University at Albany earning a B.A. with honors. I met my husband in the Capital Region, and we currently reside in Clifton Park, NY. Together we enjoy gardening, hiking, cooking and travel.
