Professional Background
To help you get to know me a little more on a professional level, I wanted to give you a quick summary of my history as a Wealth Management Advisor.
Growing up I witnessed first-hand how a Northwestern Mutual Advisor was able to help my family; I knew right then and there that I wanted to do the same for other families and businesses. It wasn't long after that I started my career at Northwestern Mutual in 2006 by participating in our renowned, "One of America's Top Ten Internships"*, program. I completed four years in the internship program while achieving my degree in Finance from UW-Milwaukee in December of 2009. Upon graduation I became a full time financial representative in 2010. Since then, I've become a Wealth Management Advisor with the Fleisner Agency in Germantown.
As my career has grown with the company, so has my passion for helping my clients reach their financial goals and spend their lives living, both in the present and in retirement. I, alongside my core team—composed of Grace Christian and Andrea Wiedmeyer—are committed to providing our clients with the highest level of service and ethical advice.
Having been with Northwestern Mutual now for over a decade, I work primarily with clients in the pre-retirement/retirement market and business owners, focusing on asset allocation, tax efficiencies and strategies on distributing wealth throughout retirement. We develop a personalized plan designed to facilitate meeting your financial goals and aspirations.

My Knowledge
I felt that continuing to educate myself was a key area in doing so. As a Wealth Management Advisor I have earned the Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®), and professional designations from the American College as well as my CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP®) designation. I've also achieved Series 6, 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses; been former Vice President-Elect of the National Association of Insurance Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and an active member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA). In addition to my academics, I have a network of specialists at my fingertips to help ensure we've got the right financial plan that fits you or your business.
Before I can speak intelligently about the services that might be appropriate for you, your family, or your business, I will need to get to know you and discover what your goals, and ultimately what your dreams are for your future. And, before you can feel comfortable sharing your goals and dreams, you need to get to know me as well! I truly believe that a strong understanding of one another will lead to enduring relationships. Trust and integrity are two very important ingredients in long-term success.
With my team, I look forward to continuing to help people in our community feel good about their finances and, of course, have some fun while doing it! Let me help you achieve your financial goals and get you to your most amazing future.

Personal
My number one priority is my family. I married my wife, Andrea, in August of 2015. We bought our house in Delafield, WI, in March of 2017 and have enjoyed every minute of it. Andrea and I have already become involved in our new neighborhood and enjoy giving back to this wonderful community. We have always enjoyed doing things for other people and giving back; we believe that in return you are rewarded with happiness and success; plus it just makes you feel good!
When I'm not in the office or meeting with clients, my wife and I enjoy golfing at The Legend Clubs. It's a fun activity that we both enjoy doing together. We love being outdoors and staying active whether it's out on the lake boating and kayaking, or hiking and biking on the local trails. We are also big foodies! We enjoy cooking new recipes at home as well as going out to our favorite, as well as new, restaurants. Lastly, our other big passion is traveling. My wife and I feel that our travels have helped us grow both personally and professionally as we have gotten to experience other parts of the world and meet some amazing people we otherwise wouldn't have been able to.
I work hard to ensure I am a valued and trusted advisor to my clients, and a great husband to my wife and family. I feel that being well rounded both personally and professionally has helped me do so. As Andrea and I eventually start our own family I want to teach the morals and values that I have learned and pass them on to my children. We want to build a legacy we can be proud of.
How Northwestern Mutual helps you live the life you want.
When people feel better about their money, good things happen—they become more confident and feel more secure. For more than 160 years, Northwestern Mutual has helped people achieve the financial flexibility they need to live more and worry less.
Being a mutual company means Northwestern Mutual reports to its clients, not Wall Street. They don't believe in chasing fads or taking undue risk for short-term gains. Instead, they take a long-term approach—both in the way we help people plan to reach their goals, and in the way they do business. This has served their clients (and mine) well through all kinds of economic ups and downs, including wars, recessions, even the recent pandemic.
It's why I'm happy to be part of a company that's in it for the long-haul and prioritizes clients over profit.
