Sadia joined Northwestern Mutual in October 2024. Previously, she was a Product and Marketing Associate in the wealth management division of one of Bangladesh's largest financial institutions. With expertise in wealth management & marketing, she excels in customer experience, marketing strategy, financial analysis, employee training, and operations. As an Operations Associate, Sadia ensures smooth insurance and investment operations while prioritizing the needs of the business and clients, contributing with integrity and care.
She holds an MBA in HR Management and a BBA in Finance with Cum Laude Distinction from North South University in Dhaka. A lifelong learner, Sadia runs her blog, Flavors of Growth by Sadia, where she shares recipes, wellness tips, and personal growth advice.
Outside of work, she enjoys libraries, bookshops, and quality time with family in New York and Dhaka, often exploring parks and hidden city gems with a cappuccino in hand.
