Personal

Jacob is originally from Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, where he was raised on his family’s dairy farm. He credits his desire and passion to succeed to his parents, as they have instilled this work ethic in him throughout his upbringing. His core values are rooted in humility, generosity towards others, and belief that trust has to be earned.

In his free time, Jacob values the time spent with his wife Allison, friends, and family. He is an avid golfer and as a dedicated sports fan, he enjoys attending Packer, Badger, and Brewer games whenever possible. Outside of sports, Jacob and Allison enjoy traveling and undertaking new adventures when the opportunity arises.

Professional

Jacob is proud to be part of a Green Bay team that has 100+ years of combined experience. Working towards his Bachelor's degree in Finance, he started as an intern while attending UW-La Crosse where he qualified for the "Power of 10" Award.

With his positive internship experience and his passion to help others achieve their definitions of success, he was inspired to use the financial services industry as his platform to motivate others, as well as providing personal growth through his leadership development background. Knowing failure was not an option, he used the burning desire to succeed to get off to a fast start, earning the Pacesetter 40 and 60 award. The achievement of both these awards is only obtained by 3% of Northwestern Mutual representatives.

After this beginning of his career in western Wisconsin and working with clients in the greater La Crosse and Twin Cities areas, he made the decision to move closer to his family and call Green Bay home.

Jacob thrives on running his own practice and working with clients from all walks of life to make their dreams a reality. He enjoys sharing his and his team's knowledge, expertise, and passion to help the greater Green Bay and Fox Cities areas.

As part of Northwestern Mutual, I'm proud to help accelerate the search for better childhood cancer treatments while supporting families undergoing treatment, and survivors from late effects. Here are some of the organizations we partner with:

Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer (ALSF)

ALSF funds cancer research, raises awareness, and supports the families of children with cancer. Since 2012, Northwestern Mutual, its employees, and financial professionals like me have donated more than $20 million to support ALSF and fund over 400,000 research hours.

How Northwestern Mutual helps you live the life you want.

When people feel better about their money, good things happen—they become more confident and feel more secure. For more than 160 years, Northwestern Mutual has helped people achieve the financial flexibility they need to live more and worry less.

Being a mutual company means Northwestern Mutual reports to its clients, not Wall Street. They don't believe in chasing fads or taking undue risk for short-term gains. Instead, they take a long-term approach—both in the way we help people plan to reach their goals, and in the way they do business. This has served their clients (and mine) well through all kinds of economic ups and downs, including wars, recessions, even the recent pandemic.

It's why I'm happy to be part of a company that's in it for the long-haul and prioritizes clients over profit.
