Q: HOW DO YOU GET PAID?

A: Please see the "Wealth Management" tab of our website for detailed information.

Q: WHAT DOES A FIRST MEETING LOOK LIKE?

A: An introductory call of 15-30 minutes will be scheduled. The objective of this call is to learn more about one another personally & professionally to mutually agree up a working relationship if we are the right fit for your needs. There is no cost, no obligation, and no expectation of gathering your personal financial information.

Q: I DO NOT NEED COMPREHESIVE WEALTH MANAGEMENT SERVICES, CAN YOU STILL HELP WITH MY ONE SPECIFIC QUESTION/NEED?

A: While our preference will always be a comprehensive engagement from the beginning, new families often come to us with a "pebble in the shoe"- a specific problem that needs to be solved. In our introductory discussion we will set expectations as to the scope of our work together.

Q: HOW WILL YOU PROTECT MY INFORMATION FROM CYBER SECURITY THREATS?

A: The privacy of our clients identity and information is of utmost importance. We recognize that in our work together we will deal with sensitive personal information including financial, medical, and legal documents. We do not take that trust lightly and therefore maintain a set of processes and procedures designed to make sharing necessary information with our team easy and convenient, yet also safe and secure. During our initial engagement we will outline with you our formal Information Security Policy.
