Kimberly A Dombrowski
Director of Operations
In a career that spans 30+ years, Kim brings her deep-rooted experience in financial services and customer service to the forefront. Kim is the primary liaison between Ethan and our clients. She assists in physical exams while also guiding clients through beneficiary changes, 401k rollovers and servicing. Licensed in life, health and long-term care, she’s qualified to answer your questions.
Just as she embraces our mission to help people plan financially for today and tomorrow, she has a heart for helping others. She is an active volunteer and resides as Events Coordinator to support veterans through the American Warriors Motorcycle Association.
Kim resides in Orland Park, with her husband and two youngest children, and enjoys quality time with a blended family of four kids and two grandchildren.
Kayla Ann Dombrowski
Associate Financial Representative
Kayla is an Associate Financial Representative and she holds both her life and health licenses, ensuring comprehensive support for her clients’ needs. With a talent for scheduling and innovative marketing, Kayla ensures individuals have access to the resources needed for informed financial decisions. Outside of work, Kayla resides in Orland Park and loves to spend quality time with friends and family. She is a big concert goer and loves country music.
Alex Melcher
Insurance Operations Associate
As an Insurance Operations Associate, Alex partners with Ethan Kaufman's team to ensure a clients' smooth application process by scheduling medical exams, completing applications, seeing them through Underwriting, and processing policy delivery paperwork. He and his family enjoy playing soccer and watching the Premier League on the weekends. Alex was born and raised in Park Ridge, Illinois, where he still resides to this day!

Investment Operations Associate
An energetic professional with experience in a variety of industries. This has included brokerage and mutual fund operations, on-boarding and operational maintenance at a tech startup and consulting in server migration at a technology services company.
A passionate approach to every opportunity, whether in or outside of work, has provided the ability to be flexible and learn a multitude of processes, methodologies and systems.

As an investment operations associate, Diana holds her series 6 and 63 licenses and enjoys the challenges of her role along with helping people plan for their retirement. Outside of work, she loves getting lost in a good book or taking nature walks to unwind. She also loves animals and has three adorable cats. Born and raised in Chicago, she loves exploring the city, but there’s nothing like the comfort of home to unwind after a busy day.
