R David Fritz Jr

Lisa specializes in the implementation of BOLI, COLI and personal cases for David Fritz. She offers twenty plus years of experience in the insurance and securities industry in addition to sixteen years in the medical field as a Certified Medical Assistant. Lisa holds her state insurance license and her Series 6 and 63 securities licenses. She serves as a consultant for BOLI case design and oversees the process of communication with clients and insurance carriers to initiate and complete insurance underwriting and policy placement. .

Lisa is involved with developmental and educational programs and has been a guest speaker for various seminars at Northwestern Mutual. She is Past President of the Greater Milwaukee Medical Assistants. She lives in the Town of Lisbon, WI and enjoys numerous outdoor activities, travel and time spent with family and friends.

Liz’s responsibilities include providing administrative and marketing support to David Fritz. She also handles the marketing coordination of firm materials, events, and strategic planning. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing with an Emphasis in Direct and Internet Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

Liz lives in Grafton, WI with her husband, three daughters and goldendoodle. She enjoys being active, spending time with friends and family and volunteering.  

Shannon is responsible for the post-sale servicing and administration to bank and corporate clients. In addition to working closely with our clients, she also oversees various aspects of the day-to-day business operations. Shannon holds her state insurance licenses and is Series 6 and 63 registered.

Shannon received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.  She lives in Grafton, WI with her husband and values spending time with her family and friends.  Shannon also loves animals and enjoys relaxing with her pets.

Ed provides executive benefits plan and policy design consultation on nonqualified plan cases for the bank, corporate, and insurance company markets.  Ed holds his Wisconsin state insurance licenses and is Series 6 and 63 registered.  Ed previously worked in the Advance Markets division of Northwestern Mutual as a sales consultant.

Ed graduated from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan with a BSE in Computer Engineering.  Ed is married to Cindy and has four adult children and two grandchildren.

Garrett provides sales and presentation support for our clients. Before joining in 2018, Garrett spent nearly a decade on Wall Street where he offered prime brokerage services for hedge funds and other institutional investors. Garrett holds his Wisconsin state insurance licenses and is Series 6 and 63 registered.

Garrett graduated from Villanova University’s School of Business where he doubled majored in Business Management and Management Information Systems.  He currently resides in Shorewood with his wife, Meg, and their three daughters. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, golf, woodworking and spending time with his family.
