Dan understands that the best way to achieve your financial goals is to identify your current financial picture with your future financial goals. By listing your goals and objectives, identifying your assets and liabilities, and comparing what you have to what you want, he works with clients to define their vision of a secure financial future, focusing on providing solutions in line with that vision, and working towards achieving results.

Dan Reisner started his career with Northwestern Mutual in 2006. Since then, he started a DBA known as Reisner Financial in 2017 and operates as a Wealth Management Advisor along with his team of seven. Dan has focused his practice working primarily with Corporate Professionals and Fortune 100/500 Firm Executives; many of whom have spun off to other organizations all over the country.

Most of Dan's clients are very busy balancing their work and personal lives, therefore do not give the proper attention to their financial plans. Although most tend to be good with their money, many lack efficiency which can lead to missed opportunities and an unclear path of progression. Dan understands that the best way to achieve your financial goals is to evaluate your current situation and future goals on a recurring basis. He listens to your goals and objectives, identifies your assets and liabilities, and audits your overall situation. He then works with clients to define their vision of a secure financial future, focuses on providing solutions in line with that vision, and works toward achieving results. Dan is an active participant in his clients' lives. He wants to help them make those major financial decisions and be a sounding board for them along the way.

He has achieved his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional certification, CLU® (Chartered Life Underwriter), and RICP® (Retirement Income Certified Professional) through The American College of Financial Services, and is licensed through FINRA with his Series 7 and Series 66.

Personal

After being a life-long resident of Albany, NY, Dan decided to relocate to Tampa, FL in April of 2022 to enjoy some Florida sunshine. He recently purchased a home in Tampa where he lives with his girlfriend, Elena. They met at Crossfit, where they share a joint passion for fitness.

Outside of work, Dan loves to stay active.  He enjoys spending time on the golf course when the weather is nice and skiing in the mountains when he gets a chance.  He is also an avid sports fan; especially baseball, football and college basketball (Yankees, Bills, and Iowa Basketball).  Dan enjoys being social and spends as much time as possible with close friends and family; especially his five nieces and nephews.

How Northwestern Mutual helps you live the life you want.

When people feel better about their money, good things happen—they become more confident and feel more secure. For more than 160 years, Northwestern Mutual has helped people achieve the financial flexibility they need to live more and worry less.

Being a mutual company means Northwestern Mutual reports to its clients, not Wall Street. They don't believe in chasing fads or taking undue risk for short-term gains. Instead, they take a long-term approach—both in the way we help people plan to reach their goals, and in the way they do business. This has served their clients (and mine) well through all kinds of economic ups and downs, including wars, recessions, even the recent pandemic.

It's why I'm happy to be part of a company that's in it for the long-haul and prioritizes clients over profit.
