About Clark
Clark Jolley, J.D., CFP®, ChFC®, strives to help your family thrive far beyond what you ever imagined by empowering you with a strategic roadmap toward financial resilience and abundance. Clark’s unique educational and experiential background gives you confidence that your roadmap is both fiscally sound and practically achievable.
Clark’s educational background includes earning a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He has further solidified his financial expertise by achieving the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) professional credential and the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designation.
Experience matters. Clark has built an extensive record of experience in both the private and public sectors. After passing the bar, Clark owned and operated a law firm until he was elected to the Oklahoma State Senate. During his public service, Clark held key positions involving billions of taxpayer dollars, including Chair of the Oklahoma Tax Commission, Secretary of Finance, Senate Appropriations Chair, and Health & Human Services Chair.
Post-public service, Clark decided that rather than practicing law, he wanted to use his unique accomplishments to help high-net-worth individuals and the emerging affluent plan for a positive financial future as a holistic financial planning professional. Clark affiliated his practice with Northwestern Mutual because of the unparalleled strength of the company and its reputation as an ethical leader within the financial planning industry.
Clark gives back as an Adjunct Professor for Oklahoma Christian University's MBA program and serves on the Board of Trustees for both the Oklahoma Health Care Authority and Mid-America Christian University. He resides in Edmond with his wife and their children. Clark is active in the worship ministry at Crossings Community Church.

How Northwestern Mutual helps you live the life you want.
When people feel better about their money, good things happen—they become more confident and feel more secure. For more than 160 years, Northwestern Mutual has helped people achieve the financial flexibility they need to live more and worry less.
Being a mutual company means Northwestern Mutual reports to its clients, not Wall Street. They don't believe in chasing fads or taking undue risk for short-term gains. Instead, they take a long-term approach—both in the way we help people plan to reach their goals, and in the way they do business. This has served their clients (and mine) well through all kinds of economic ups and downs, including wars, recessions, even the recent pandemic.
It's why I'm happy to be part of a company that's in it for the long-haul and prioritizes clients over profit.
