A local to the Shenandoah Valley, Christy graduated JMU with a BS in Integrated Science and Technology. Attracted by the desire to make a difference she joined the financial industry in 2004.
Christy leads a successful practice where she helps individuals, families, and businesses define and plan for their financial futures. Additionally, she manages the local Harrisonburg office providing mentoring, training, and leadership to other financial representatives. Christy enjoys helping the financial industry grow through the addition of quality advisors and a year round financial representative internship.
Christy earned her MBA in 2014 and holds several industry designations.
Christy enjoys spending her free time with her family – Ben, Jordan, and Maddie along with their three labs, Casper, Bella and Bear.

A local to the Shenandoah Valley, Christy graduated James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Science and Technology. Attracted by the desire to make a difference, she joined the financial industry in 2004.
Christy leads a successful practice where she helps individuals, families, and businesses define and plan for their financial futures. Additionally, she manages the local Harrisonburg, Roanoke and Blacksburg offices providing mentoring, training and leadership to other financial representatives. Christy enjoys helping the financial industry grow through the addition of quality advisors.
Christy earned her MBA in 2014 and holds several industry designations. She is active in NAIFA (the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors) both in the Shenandoah Valley and on the state level. As an involved member at the local level she serves on her board and provides CE programs to Valley advisors. At the state level, Christy currently serves as President Elect for NAIFA Virginia. She also serves as chair for NAIFA Virginia CE and is a Virginia approved instructor, providing programs across the state. Christy also instructs for The American College and teaches numerous industry courses.
Christy holds her series 6, 63, 7, and 26 securities licenses along with life, health, and annuities. She also has the LUCTF (Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow) designation from the American College.

Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer (ALSF)
ALSF funds cancer research, raises awareness, and supports the families of children with cancer. Since 2012, Northwestern Mutual, its employees, and financial professionals like me have donated more than $20 million to support ALSF and fund over 400,000 research hours.

Beads of Courage
Beads of Courage is an art-in-medicine program that helps kids with cancer tell their unique treatment story through colorful beads that are symbols of their courage.
