About me

Christian’s vision is to become the premier financial advisor for union members and their families—as his own family is made up of lineman, electricians, and nurses. His father, a former lineman, is now a union rep for the IBEW, and both of his brothers followed in their father's footsteps to become Journeyman Linemen for IBEW Local 51. Christian’s mother was a financial advisor, so he spent his younger years learning the importance of non-negotiable integrity, dependability, and hard work to ensure his client’s life goals are met.

Christian grew up in Central Illinois in the small farming town of Philo. He attended Auburn University where he earned his B.S. in Business Administration. After graduating, he traveled the country while working in construction, the oil and gas industry, and data analysis, before finding his way back home and settling in Urbana, IL. After joining Northwestern Mutual as a Financial Advisor, it quickly became a family business. His fiancé, Natalie, started at the NM Network Office as the Director of Campus Selection. Christian’s sister, Frankie, left her career in nursing, and now they run their businesses across the hall from each other, often working as a team.

Christian works with people from all different walks of life and especially enjoys planning for union and trade workers. He is passionate about helping his clients create the perfect plan to hit their financial goals, now, and in the future.

How Northwestern Mutual helps you live the life you want.

When people feel better about their money, good things happen—they become more confident and feel more secure. For more than 160 years, Northwestern Mutual has helped people achieve the financial flexibility they need to live more and worry less.

Being a mutual company means Northwestern Mutual reports to its clients, not Wall Street. They don't believe in chasing fads or taking undue risk for short-term gains. Instead, they take a long-term approach—both in the way we help people plan to reach their goals, and in the way they do business. This has served their clients (and mine) well through all kinds of economic ups and downs, including wars, recessions, even the recent pandemic.

It's why I'm happy to be part of a company that's in it for the long-haul and prioritizes clients over profit.
