My Personal Story
Hi! I'm Cheyenne Newsock. I grew up in Burgettstown, PA, and now call Cranberry Township my home. My journey has taken me from Slippery Rock University to a career in financial planning where helping people build a strong financial future is my goal.
Above all, I'm a proud mom to my daughter, Payton, and that role is most important to me. Motherhood has given me a deeper understanding of what truly matters: protecting and providing for those I love most. It's made me a better advisor for my clients, too. I approach financial planning with the same care and intentionality that I bring to my own family. I know firsthand the importance of securing a strong foundation, not just for today, but for years ahead.
When I'm not working, you'll find me with my husband, Zack and our fur babies, Samson (St. Bernard) and Norman (our cat.) We enjoy traveling, weekend getaways or visiting friends and family. I enjoy cycling, live music, and winding down at home with a good show and a glass of wine.
Life moves fast, but I believe in being intentional - about family, finances, and the future.

My Professional Story & Clientele
I graduated from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and minors in Information Systems and Healthcare Administration.
Since 2016, I've dedicated my career to helping individuals, couples, and families achieve their version of financial security. As a financial advisor, I take a personalized approach, ensuring that every client feels heard and feels confident in their financial future. I am extremely grateful to work with incredible clients who appreciate the value of intentional financial planning. I exclusively work with those who have been favorably introduced to me, allowing me to build trusted, meaningful relationships.
Who do I work with? I primarily serve:
- Families looking to protect and plan for their (and their kids) futures
- Safety professionals and those in the engineering field
- LGBTQ+ individuals and couple
My goal is to provide strategic financial strategies tailored to each client's unique needs, helping them navigate major life decisions with clarity and confidence.
In addition to working with clients, I have been actively involved in leadership within my office as a Growth and Development Director. At my core, I'm a coach at heart - whether that's guiding my clients, supporting new advisors, educating those on a new career in advising, or simply helping families feel more confident in their financial decisions.

How Northwestern Mutual helps you live the life you want.
When people feel better about their money, good things happen—they become more confident and feel more secure. For more than 160 years, Northwestern Mutual has helped people achieve the financial flexibility they need to live more and worry less.
Being a mutual company means Northwestern Mutual reports to its clients, not Wall Street. They don't believe in chasing fads or taking undue risk for short-term gains. Instead, they take a long-term approach—both in the way we help people plan to reach their goals, and in the way they do business. This has served their clients (and mine) well through all kinds of economic ups and downs, including wars, recessions, even the recent pandemic.
It's why I'm happy to be part of a company that's in it for the long-haul and prioritizes clients over profit.
