Cheyenne Alvarez
Financial Advisor|CLU®
Financial Advisor assisting Dentists, Pre-Retirees, and Widowed Women with tax-efficient wealth-building strategies
Who Is Cheyenne?
Cheyenne started her career in financial services in 2018 with no
real direction regarding the clientele that she wanted to serve. As she
has progressed throughout her career, kept thousands of meetings
with varying types of professionals and personalities, she has found
that her work can be most impactful for Divorced Women, Widowed Women & Dentists.
In high school, she moved her way from the freshman team to
varsity, ending her senior year as an all-conference soccer player.
While working a fulltime job and attending college at NEIU full time,
Cheyenne held a multitude of positions within her co-ed Fraternity,
Alpha Psi Lambda & recruited over 20 new members.
Once she moved to Des Plaines, Cheyenne joined the Chamber of Commerce and in the first time in over a decade, created a new exclusive networking group
to the chamber, GB2 (Growing Business & Giving Back). This group has
grown to 12 members in 8 months.
During her second year at Northwestern Mutual, her and her husband, Anderson, gut rehabbed their first home and did most of the work themselves while both
working fulltime jobs. Once the rehab was completed, they have tested
Airbnb, Airbnb Arbitrage as well as having long term tenants.
Cheyenne is also an IVF warrior.
Cheyenne is the best resource for her busy clients because these clients have additional layers added to an already complex life. Cheyenne understands these situations because she LIVES these situations.
Cheyenne lives in Des Plaines, IL with her husband Anderson &
children, Laurie & Gavin.

Who Is Not a Client Fit?
We believe that financial planning requires a mutual fit between advisor and client.
Our team strives to help clients step back and look at their financial plan on the large screen instead of through a microscope.
Weekends and evenings are reserved for time with our families, so we cannot meet during these times.
We work on a referral basis, so folks who want to share their experience are welcome to join our practice as a client!
