Chad E Copley

Libby joined Chad’s team in 2018 after earning a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and Public Relations from Iowa State University. She also holds her Life & Health insurance licenses. Libby has worked in each role on our team from marketing associate, investment operations and associate financial representative and now adding the role of Director of Operations for Team Copley.

Libby spends her days maintaining and organizing our client database, creating illustrations and preparing for client meetings, and guiding clients through the entire insurance underwriting process. As well as servicing our clients, if you call our office, you will likely talk to her!

Libby currently resides in Boone with her boyfriend Mason, son, Owen, and their dogs, Lola and Reggie. In their free time, they like to travel to new places and hang out with their big family and Owen’s many cousins.

Brock joined Chad’s Team at Northwestern Mutual in June of 2022, after his graduation from Iowa State University. He earned a Bachelor of Science majoring in Finance in three years earning Dean’s List honors and graduating Summa Cum Laude.

Brock has completed the Securities Industry Essentials Exam, Iowa Life and Health Insurance Exams, and holds the Series 7 and 66 licenses. As an Associate Wealth Management Advisor, Brock is focused on building financial plans, asset management, onboarding new investment clients, and case preparation for client meetings.

Brock grew up in Jefferson, IA and now currently resides in Ames, IA. Outside of work, Brock can be seen watching and supporting his favorite teams: Iowa State Cyclones, Chicago Bears, and the Los Angeles Lakers. When Brock is not watching sports, he enjoys being at the lake, farming, golfing, racing, and hanging out with friends and family.

Carrie is the team's Marketing Associate. She helps the team with client events, community outreach, social media and other marketing events.

Carrie lives in Ames with her husband Chad. Outside of work, she enjoys being part of Harvest Vineyard Church, watching the Cyclones play and spending time with family and friends at the lake, kayaking, swimming, or taking long walks.
